Is the website down?
We test the site from our own server, outside your network. If it loads here but not for you, the problem is most likely your connection, your ISP’s DNS or your browser cache.

What to do if the website is down
- Make sure the domain has not expired — use the WHOIS lookup.
- Check that DNS points to the right server — use the DNS lookup.
- Check the SSL certificate: an expired one blocks access in the browser.
- If everything looks fine, contact your host: a 5xx error usually means an overloaded server or an application failure.
Does a few minutes of downtime hurt SEO?
Short outages, no. Google comes back later. The risk lies in long or frequent outages: Googlebot reduces how often it visits and, if the error persists for days, pages start dropping out of the index.
