2. Free audit

The free audit is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a specific purpose. The output is an automated approximation and does not replace detailed human analysis.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Audit third-party sites without authorisation.
• Overload our infrastructure (rate limit applied: 5 audits per IP/hour).
• Attempt to bypass automated control mechanisms.

3. Intellectual property

Site content, branding and the audit tool source code belong to Nord SEO Ltda unless stated otherwise. Third-party libraries are used under their respective licenses.

4. Limitation of liability

Nord SEO is not liable for decisions taken based on the free audit output. For critical projects, we strongly recommend a full audit with human analysis.

5. Changes

These terms may be amended. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Jurisdiction: São Paulo/SP.
